Adobe Fonts Favorites
A practical, client-tested list of Adobe Fonts I actually use in real projects. This list comes directly from the Adobe Fonts I use most often, not from endless scrolling or guesswork.
What's Inside
I get asked so often for my font recommendations -
- What's a good body font?
- What serif fonts are trending?
- Is this font outdated?
So I finally put together a list off my favorite fonts in each category - using just Adobe Fonts, so they’re all free and easy to access (and web-friendly).
This list is built from my 10 years in the industry and day-to-day work as an Art Director at a marketing agency. These are the fonts my brain naturally reaches for consistently because they are high quality, modern, and work well across different projects and brand styles.
The fonts are organized in two ways:
-
By font type (serif, sans serif, script, handwriting, display, slab serif) so you can so you can break out of the same 2–3 default fonts and choose something new and interesting
-
By brand attribute tags (playful, high-end, approachable, confident, vintage, corporate, soft) so you can quickly find the right font that matches the vibe that actually fits your project
The result: less time searching, fewer overused choices, and more confidence when you need to make a type decision quickly.
This isn’t just inspiration or a mood board.
It’s a working list you can come back to during real client projects.
If you find this useful - let me know! If there’s enough interest I can create an interactive version of this as a web page with filters so you can find nice, modern fonts by brand characteristic more easily.
Updated for 2026, with future updates planned.
