Freepik's Terms of Use states: "The Subscriber will be the exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in the Output, in perpetuity and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, provided that their Subscription remains active at the time of generation of the Output."

Google Labs FAQ, when asked if their outputs can be used for commercial use, states: "Some of our services allow you to generate original content. Google won't claim ownership over that content."
